Hi all, I'm Erinn Ahart, Owner and Instructor of Move with Hart!
I have been doing Pilates for over fourteen years and teaching for twelve. Can you believe I used to be a cardio junkie? One day, I happened to join a Pilates mat class. Immediately, I was hooked.
The core work I felt in that one class was more than anything else I had ever done. Once I started attending weekly classes and learned how it not only made me physically stronger but increased my mental and emotional strength, I knew I wanted to teach this unique practice and share the benefits with others.
After being in this industry for so many years, I have learned that working the mind is just as important as the body. In the summer of 2023, I’ll be going to Bali, Indonesia to study Yoga for a month and achieve my certification. I can’t wait to continue to deepen my mindful movement and share it with all of you!
